We obtain information about you when you use our online Will generation facility.
The type of personal information we collect and recorded in data format is limited to the data input into by you into our facility and will include your title, name, your postal and email addresses, your contact telephone numbers and your beneficiaries.
We may hold details of a bank account through which payments are made by you to us and we may also store and process payment card information.
We may hold documents containing information about your assets, beneficiaries and family connections depending on the information you have decided to include in your Will but we do not transfer or use that information in any way other than to carry out your instructions, process your transaction including payment of fees, seek your views or comments on services we provide, notify you of changes to our structure and services.
We may email you with details of other services which may be of interest to you, in particular the services of the Solicitors, with whom we are affiliated.
We will review the retention period of personal information on a regular basis. We will generally hold your basic personal information on our systems during the continuation of your account facility and afterwards for so long as is necessary to identify the date of termination of your account.
Under the terms of your contract with us we are obliged to allow access to any data held by us to any properly authorised Court, Law enforcement agency or HM Revenue and Customs.
We provide a simple online Will generation facility and may disclose the possible existence of a Will to Law firms or Certainty (the National Will Register) who may be searching for a missing Will and raise an enquiry.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Security systems are in place to protect loss, misuse or unauthorised access to our system and your information.
We do not compile data to create a profile of your interests and preferences and have no intention of doing so in the future. Your data will not be made available to any other party without your prior authorisation.
We use Cookies on our website only to facilitate the use and navigation of our site.

However, if you use our services while you are living outside the UK, your information may be transferred to you and outside the UK in order to provide you with those services.
We use website recording technology to record unidentifiable page hits for statistical purposes only. We keep this Policy under regular review.
